Dr. Carter-Scott is a behavioral scientist and executive master certified coach with 45 years of experience helping CEOs, C-suite executives, SVP’s, department heads, and managers attain maximum effectiveness. She also works with entrepreneurs, non-profits, and start-ups. Her background includes working with private and publicly traded organizations. She spoke at the United Nations in NYC in 2017, is executive producer and featured on-camera coach in LEAP, the coaching documentary in (2018), and she has written, composed, and produced the first a musical using coaching, The Workshop, A Dress Rehearsal for Life!

Dr. Carter-Scott is the original coach and coach trainer-founder of MMS Institute conducting MMS Coach Trainings globally since 1974, known as “The Mother of Coaching.” In addition the organization’s coaching and consulting has included multiple Silicon Valley mergers and acquisitions focusing on the integration of people from different cultures. She has written a chapter entitled, Coaching in Thailand in a recently published book (2017).

As an executive coach, Dr. Carter-Scott works with CEOs, senior level executives, and department managers.
