Dana Bukhammas is the Human Resources Director of Zain Bahrain B.S.C., she started managing the Human Resources Department since 2009. Dana joined Zain Bahrain B.S.C. in July 2003.

Her focus is directed mainly on Human Capital development and maintaining a unique culture that empowers employees to perform and excel.  Adding to that, investing in state-of-art development programs that enable employees to drive the organization strategic objectives and sustainable growth.  Design and redesign employee engagement programs that are in line with the organization’s direction and values to ensure employees’ awareness of the value of their contributions towards the organization’s objectives.  Recruit, reward and retain talents through managing a performance base total reward program. Manage the Youth Development Program Zain Youth  (Zain Al Shabab), which was launched by Zain Bahrain B.S.C. in 2009 up to date. Prior to her role, Dana held other positions in Human Resources department, and supervisory roles in the Sales Department.

Dana holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of Bahrain, CIPD level 5, Executive Human Resources Development from Your University UK 2016 and she is currently completing her Masters degree in Business administration and Executive Coach from ILM. Dana Bukhammas is a vice Chairman for AIESEC of Bahrain, member in Women Empowerment committee in BSTD and a member in External Advisory Committee for the Bachelor of Statistics and Scientific Research Program in UOB.
