Eva started her career with DHL in 2005; covering several roles over the years from Recruitment, HR business partnering until the appointment four years ago as Head of HR and member of the MEA Senior Management team. A self-driven, genuine & adventurous HR leader she is currently heading Human Resources for DHL Global Forwarding Middle East & Africa (MEA). She comes with 15+ years of expertise in HR from various continents (Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East).

Her expertise sprawls across various domains of the Human Resources function, looking after 24 countries with a highly engaged HR team. She is a true believer in Diversity & Inclusion and believes in staying grounded during all times and excited when impacting people’s life. Her main responsibility is to drive the HR strategy for MEA and to contribute to the business performance; translating the strategy into programs and initiatives for management to easily implement; coaching employees towards solutions. She is determined to discover, inspire, empower and grow more female leaders in Logistics. Eva holds a Master’s degree from Antwerp University.
